Shipping policy
We want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship at Deadstock AU.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak periods processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship within Australia only. The following rates apply:

All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Packaging
All items are carefully packaged with bubble wrap and protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We take extra care with all sealed TCG products to prevent any damage during transit.
Carrier
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery at auspost.com.au or via the Australia Post app.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has left our facility, delivery times are determined by Australia Post. Orders within Australia generally arrive within 3-7 business days of dispatch. Remote and regional areas may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can track your delivery at auspost.com.au or through the Australia Post app.
PO Boxes
We can ship to PO Boxes via Australia Post.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Deadstock AU is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error after placing your order contact us immediately at help@deadstockau.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.
Delayed or Lost Orders
Deadstock AU is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please check your tracking number first. If your order appears lost or has not moved in an unreasonable amount of time contact us at help@deadstockau.com and we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@deadstockau.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
